Twelve years ago John and I joyfully found out that I was pregnant with our fourth child. In less than a month, I was rushed to the hospital with hemorrhaging. The doctor said I was still pregnant but they wouldn’t try to save the baby, I wasn’t far enough along. Maybe six weeks of bed rest would save our child.
