Written by someone that was a little skeptical of nutritional therapy at first, to someone that has become a true believer.
I am a 33 year old man that has let a very active lifestyle which included the attitude of "that which does not kill only makes me stronger." I have come to realize no matter how tough my mind may be, my body has started to weaken and give out when it should not have.
My first sign of weakness was after 4 years in the Marine Corps and in college when I threw my back out of alignment. I had hit so hard and laid there face down, I had thought I was paralyzed. The pain in my lower and upper back continued off and on for another 6 years while throwing my back out of alignment 4 more times. I visited various chiropractors and massage therapists in 3 different states. Typically, I would need a chiropractic adjustment once a week so I could stay mobile. Almost every morning included a 30 minute hot shower and stretching which allowed me to stand up straight.
Up to this point of my life, I just figured my body was giving out due to the hard abuse I gave it in my younger days and accepted the pain as a way of life. It wasn’t until my first born son arrived and I could only hold him for a short period of time that I knew something had to change.
My wife and I always believed in chiropractors and they usually provided me temporary pain relief. However, after visiting Dr. Sam and following his nutritional therapy suggestions I have never felt so good and healthy. I have gone over 3 months without a single chiropractic adjustment and back to my pain free active lifestyle.
Dr. Sam, I can’t thank you enough for all that you have done for my wife Jessica, and I. I apologize for being skeptical at first because I thought you were just another Doctor pushing pills but after seeing what you did for Jessica and my Mother-in-law, Cathy the "proof was in the pudding." I know it must be tough when you see and talk to people that are in pain and they don’t believe in what you are doing. My only prayer is that you drive on and continue what you do because you do make a difference in people’s lives. Thank you so very much!!
A True Believer,
Scott Avery
